Therefore, if you have a chronic disease and are not on a management plan, we encourage you to speak to your doctor. We believe in using doctors' discretion and are always open to discussing financial difficulties with our patients.

In certain cases, bulk billing may be offered outside of the standard guidelines on a visit-by-visit basis. Additionally, children under 10 years of age who are not on a concession card may be eligible for bulk billing at the discretion of the doctor.

For patients with Health Care Card and Pension Card, a gap fee of $15 will be charged for consultations. We kindly request that you pay the full amount on the day of your visit and receive your rebate directly from Medicare. If you have a debit card, this process can be instant and hassle-free.
