"Instructor Tony is lovely, kind, patient, caring and dedicated. He is one of the best teachers I have ever had. Probably you'll ever have too, if you're considering joining. Its not an uncommon sight to see Instructor Tony patiently help someone with their kicking shape, their pattern or their blocks for a long time, even after hours. Instructor Tony helped me when I was in my junior belt after hours every single class. Instructor Tony knows how to push us to our limits, but not over the top and remains gentle when he does so. All of the students remain in the learning zone, not the comfort zone, not the "triggered" zone. Instructor Tony also knows when to be stern with the kids when they're fiddling around, but he does so in a compassionate way so the kids all respect and love him, not in a "terrifying" "I'll chew your face off" kinda way. We all love Inst. Tony so so much, he's such a gem. As for the community and vibe of the class, oh my god, its such a delight to be there. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and caring about you, no matter who you are - whether you have attended for the first time or have been there for a long time. Everyone makes a point of remembering your name and to give you feedback on your stance, your kick, your shape, etc. and celebrates when you do it right. Nobody hurts you and everyone generally keeps a safe distance. Its not uncommon for classmates to stay after hours to help you with your pattern, a kick or just to chat. The community in this class is amazing, I love everyone. I have been attending for 5+ years and I have no regrets. One of the best classes I have ever attended. You're doing so well running this Instructor Tony!"

The training is designed and delivered to push you our of your confort zone but never beyond what you are capable of. As a result there is a great community of regulars and visitors.
