At United Taekwondo Harrison, we offer a range of training sessions throughout the week, specifically during school terms. On Mondays, children and adults can participate from 6:15pm to 7:00pm, with an additional 30-minute seniors training session. Wednesdays feature classes for children and adults from 6:00pm to 6:45pm, followed by a senior training session for green belt and above from 6:50pm to 7:20pm.

Fridays are open to both adults and children aged 8 and above, with sessions running from 6:15pm to 7:15pm. Thursdays consist of classes for children and adults from 6:30pm to 7:15pm, followed by a kicking session specifically tailored for seniors from 7:15pm to 7:30pm.

For children, we have various options available. On Wednesdays, we offer classes from 3:15pm to 4:00pm for children, and from 4:15pm to 5:00pm for senior children who hold a blue belt or above. Tuesdays and Fridays also have dedicated children's classes, running from 5:30pm to 6:15pm and 3:45pm to 4:30pm respectively.

Adults can join us on Tuesdays from 6:15pm to 7:15pm, and on Mondays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Wednesdays also provide an opportunity for adults to train from 6:15pm to 7:00pm, with an additional 30-minute seniors training session. Furthermore, we offer a Saturday session from 11:05am to 12:00pm for both adults and children aged 7 and above.

Our Thursday schedule includes classes for children from 5:00pm to 5:45pm, followed by sessions for adults from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Additionally, on Tuesdays, juniors can participate from 6:30pm to 7:15pm, with an extended 30-minute senior training session. Saturdays offer a similar opportunity, with classes for children and adults from 10:15am to 11:00am, followed by 30 minutes of senior training.
