"The mechanics are useless. Changed the clutch plate, after few days got the same problem again (nuts comes off, which I have attached photos). No proper communication as well. Took 7 more days from quote to complete the job. Trying to chase them again for clutch adjustments but not responding. Worst place. Never take your truck to them."

"Unfortunately not a great experience. Extremely poor communication. 1. After initially been advised the service was to be completed in a day they asked to keep it for a few days and they would call with an update. 2. After 3 days of no contact I called to be informed that the service was completed. I was then advised that the amount owing was double what was quoted. When I asked for an explanation I was advised I would receive a callback which never occurred. 3. When going to pick it up I was advised or would need to pay the full amount or they wouldn’t allow me to take it as the boss was not there and couldn’t be contacted. 4. Special thanks to Grant for his understanding and assistance in the situation."
