At Highbury, we believe in providing our students with a range of specialist subjects to enhance their learning experience. These subjects include Music, Chinese (Mandarin), Science, and PE (Physical Education – skills based). We take great pride in our well-established Disability Unit, which consists of two junior primary special classes and two junior primary disability unit classes.

Our outstanding Arts program includes an Instrumental Music Service (IMS) specialist program, a junior and senior band, as well as a junior and senior choir. We believe in empowering our students and providing them with a legitimate voice within their school community through student-led forums in areas such as Well-Being, Special Events, Early Years, ICT, the Environment, and Student Voice.
