When you contact us to schedule an appointment, our staff will ask you a series of questions to determine whether a face-to-face consultation is suitable or if a phone consultation is necessary. Please be aware that all phone and video consultations incur normal fees, which must be paid by phone immediately after the consult. Medicare rebates for telephone consultations are only available to patients who have had a face-to-face consultation within the last 12 months. If you do not meet this criteria, we can still provide a consultation, but it will be privately charged.
