At United Taekwondo Isaacs, we offer a range of training sessions throughout the week, specifically during school terms. On Mondays, we have classes from 6:15pm to 7:00pm for both children and adults, followed by an additional 30-minute seniors training session. Wednesdays are dedicated to children and adults, with classes from 6:00pm to 6:45pm, and a separate senior training session for green belt and above from 6:50pm to 7:20pm. Fridays provide an opportunity for adults and children aged 8 and above to train together from 6:15pm to 7:15pm.

Thursdays offer classes for both children and adults, with sessions from 6:30pm to 7:15pm, followed by a kicking session specifically designed for seniors from 7:15pm to 7:30pm. On Wednesdays, we have classes for children from 3:15pm to 4:00pm, and for senior children with blue belt and above from 4:15pm to 5:00pm. Tuesdays provide a training session for children from 5:30pm to 6:15pm, and Fridays from 3:45pm to 4:30pm. Additionally, we offer children and adults training on Wednesdays from 6:15pm to 7:00pm, with an additional 30-minute seniors training session. Tuesdays also provide a training session for adults from 6:15pm to 7:15pm.

For children aged 7 and above, we have classes on Mondays from 5:15pm to 6:00pm, and for adults from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Wednesdays offer classes for children aged 7 and above from 5:15pm to 6:00pm, and for adults and children from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Saturdays provide training sessions for adults and children aged 7 and above from 11:05am to 12:00pm.

Thursdays include classes for children from 5:00pm to 5:45pm, followed by an adults session from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Tuesdays offer a training session for juniors, followed by an additional 30-minute senior training session. Saturdays provide a combined children and adults training session, along with an additional 30-minute senior training session.
