ZARA Portrush Road, Glenside, South Australia 5065

"The staff in this store are rude, unwilling, lazy and need more training to say the very least. Went to the counter to purchase a top a few days ago. The young woman (she was young and had blonde hair) behind the counter was nothing but a lazy dodo. When I asked her to scan the top (it had several red stickers on it so wanted to confirm the price) she said the scanner was broken and then said “do you want the top or not”. I was shocked at her manner and I said no thank you, then walked out of the store to Seed and spent there. This is the second time I’ve experienced rude staff. When the sales were on I went up to a few sales assistance (I wanted to ask about sizes if they had more stock) huddling around racks and this one girl (she was South American I would say, dark hair) said “what do you want!? Can’t you see we are busy!!” I have never in my whole life ever experienced this type of unwilling rudeness from a sales assistant. Disgusting! Who the hell is in charge of their customer service?? No one that works in that store wants to be there. I love Zara but I wont be going into this store again. It’s an absolute disgrace!"

"I visited Zara at Burnside Village today and was impressed by the wide variety of items available. The staff provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I found everything I needed without any hassle. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience."

"Honestly they need more of Zara in Adelaide! So good to go to for quality but affordable items. I find a lot of the medium sizes of things are never in stock when I go but that could just be luck or the fact there’s no other Adelaide stores. Service is always helpful :)"

"Beyond disappointed with one staff on 5.5.23 around 1300 who was manning the change room. My wife was told by this staff that she's too busy to help her grab a larger size dress so she had to go grab it herself. When she came back the change room was occupied by another customer and the staff told her that she should have closed the curtain. However less than 40 seconds ago the staff was just told by my wife she was only going to grab one piece of clothes and be right back. Moreover the only reason she had to leave was because the staff told her she couldn't go. No offering of calling anyone to help. No saving the room for her given the staff knew she would be right back. Disgusting customer service ruined my wife's birthday. Shame on you."

"Disappointed with the treatment from the sales staff, which I wouldn't normally mention. However it was annoying to wait patiently in line and then find out that there are a tonne of change rooms available but the staff didn't communicate or advise this - while standing in the changing room door. I also got a small telling off for hanging all my clothes but not putting them back on the right rack! Definitely a poor experience."
