"If you return things，you can only get a gift card back. This means you have to spend this money in this brand again. HOWEVER，the physical shops dont take gift card. I have been told if I buy online with this gift card I cant get thjngs before Xmas. I checked and the standard delivery days is 1-8days. Today is 11th. I understand Gorman wants sell more things. But this kind of negative way makes me feel sad and can not be bothered anymore. I never feel such a relief when I spend that 200dollars gift card. I see this money is just a waste because there is nothing I really want from the shop. Such a bad experience."
