Their communication is second to none, they always notify me if there is an issue, give me an update of his day when I collect him and call to check how he’s doing if he’s off."

"I enrolled my daughter at Stepping Stone Rostrevor when she was just 9 months old. I was so anxious about her starting Childcare, and looked at 11 different centres before finally deciding on this one. I wanted her to feel like she was at a second home, not someone’s place of work, where she could feel like she was part of a bigger family. The second I arrived at the centre the first time, I got all the feels, and I even visited a few more times with different family members to be sure. Fast track to now, my daughter has been at the centre for three months and I couldn’t be happier. Communication from staff and management is fantastic! I even get a notebook to take home where we can write notes to staff to communicate. Her routine of eating and sleeping is exactly as I would have at home, and she’s always so happy at drop off and pick up. I’ve recommended the centre to fellow mums looking for care as I really am happy. It’s a blessing being at work knowing your baby is being well cared for. "Director is nice but some of the staff are more interested in proving you wrong then actually caring about your child. They will completely belittle you as parents just for the sake of their ego. Taking our son out was the best move we ever made"
