"Consistently over estimates delivery time and under delivers on every expectation. If you don't tip, you'll probably be punished with longer delivery times. Even though the cost is more than covered by the ever increasing prices. GPS tracking part of the app is rubbish. If you provide negative feedback via their convoluted online or app based systems, there will be no tangible or satisfactory resolution. Don't rely on delivery estimates. My delivery took over 2 hrs one day, original estimate was 30mins... There will be some token reply to this review offering some level of personal resolution or interaction but I expect that is just for show."

"Confused where the sauce is… toppings are getting less and less but the prices keep increasing. The online order glitched and went through incorrectly (all details checked beforehand but then checked again once confirmed and they’d changed??). We weren’t concerned by this and called the store within 2 mins of making the order to correct. The guy went yep yep yep no worries can do… then proceeded to repeat it back exactly the way we DIDNT want and called to fix."
"I wish I could give 0 star. System showed the driver left , I've been waiting for more than 40 minutes, Haven't got my pizzas yet. No response from the store, can't even track the driver. Pizza was uncooked as well:) EDIT: Happened again!!!!!!14th May 2022. I don't know why I ordered from this store again!! I ordered at 12:43 , app showed me that pizza will get delivered by 1:09 max. , at 1:05 I checked at it showed me that pizza has been delivered already! I waited till 1:30, meanwhile I dialed the store 10 times ,no one answered. I knew that someone should be at the store for closing, I went to the store, and I saw the driver and shift runner both were in-store. I asked for my order and they gave me my pizza. I asked why you haven't left the store yet, they didn't even apologize instead they started arguing. That guy told me that they were closing ... funny! You should have delivered the order first. I remember that guy and he shouldn't be a shift runner, no apologies, no communication, nothing! I had cold pizza, they didn't even keep it in hot roll. I asked him to call the owner but he denied."
