"These Guys are great; their knowledge and service is next level. I recently bought a bike for my son's birthday, and I felt John went above and beyond to ensure I got the right bike within my budget. He checked my boy's size, riding style and matched the specs with a Silverback Spyke. My boy couldn't be happier. A couple of months later I brought it back for the complementary tune up. I arrived late, but Kael was still kind enough to do it. A thorough check, a few adjustments and some good maintenance advise, and the bike rides like a dream. I was really impressed, and I'll be back when we need to upgrade."
"Can't rate these guys highly enough. Was told by one of the big brand name bike stores that warranty claims through 99 Bikes would probably be challenging. Nothing could be further than the truth. Claim was straightforward and Cath was extremely helpful. A certain other big bike store in Fyshwick could perhaps learn something from these guys..."
"Extremely Disappointing Experience with 99 Bikes: Zero Accountability and Poor Service I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience my husband and I had with 99 Bikes. We purchased our bikes from them last July, as we had recently sold our car and needed reliable transportation. The bikes came with a 12-month warranty, which we thought was reassuring at the time. However, our recent encounter with the shop has left us utterly disappointed. Last week, my husband was riding home from work when his bike seat suddenly snapped, causing him to fall off the bike and sustain injuries. Given the warranty still being valid, we contacted 99 Bikes immediately via email to report the incident. They instructed us to bring the bike to their shop for repairs. The problem arose when we asked if they could assist us with transportation since our bikes were our only means of getting there. Unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate us in any way. Without any other option, we had to pay $60 for an Uber to transport both our bikes to the shop. My bike also had a broken valve, resulting in frequent flat tires, which should have been covered under warranty. We arrived at the shop promptly for our 9:30 appointment, only to be met with a rude and unhelpful lady mechanic at the workshop. To our dismay, the mechanic insisted on charging us for my back tire, despite it being covered by the warranty. Moreover, she treated me condescendingly when I explained that it wasn't a puncture but a faulty valve that needed replacement. In the end, she only replaced the tire tube and completely ignored the broken valve issue. After paying for a service that should have been covered by the warranty, we set off on our journey back home. However, halfway through, both our back tires went flat. It became evident that they had been purposefully slashed by the mechanic, and to make matters worse, my back light had been stolen as well. Feeling utterly frustrated, I called the shop immediately to express my discontent. However, they displayed a complete lack of concern, refusing to take any responsibility. They even had the audacity to demand another $60 for an Uber and an additional $60 to fix the back tires. Frustrated with their incompetence and lack of accountability, we decided to seek assistance from a different bike shop. To our disbelief, the new shop confirmed that the valve on my bike was indeed broken, a problem that 99 Bikes had failed to address despite charging us for the repair. Consequently, we had to pay yet again for my husband's bike to be fixed, as the problem had been created by 99 Bikes. Our overall experience with 99 Bikes has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the faulty products to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of their staff, we have lost faith in their ability to provide quality service. The complete disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to rectify their mistakes has left us deeply disappointed. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing or seeking service from 99 Bikes to think twice. Their lack of accountability, disrespectful treatment of customers, and failure to honor warranty commitments make them an establishment to be avoided at all costs."

The shop had a friendly and inviting atmosphere, and the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. They were patient and attentive, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at 99bike fyshwick ,the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about cycling.
