"Wont order again! foods great but when ordering as we did thru Menulog today cookies were missing. With previous orders we have not received drinks but said nothing , so I rang to complain on receipt of meal today to be told that the Menulog driver must have helped themselves, 'happens all the time' she said. So , where does this leave the consumer? apart from out of pocket. Just waiting to hear from Menulog. Addit: Menulog did not respond"

"Dont expect alot but we're paying for a service. Staff at Modbury Subway had a tantrum and were very rude when we explained that they'd just cut our kids rolls with a knife literally covered in mayo and there was mayo over our kids rolls which they wouldnt touch. All they did was cut a chunk off the kids 6inch rolls that had mayo over it, making it even smaller. They then proceeded to make our rolls in the most 'i'll teach you' manner and were scoffing at us with the other staff for raising this."
