"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My sister in law used this company and was told that the money for her car would be transferred to her. Much like many of the other reviews, she never received said money. She has since tried to follow this up using various methods and has either had her number blocked or fake bank receipts provided to her (which have been typed out in the notes app). It appears this company also trades under the names ‘Canberra Car Removal’ and ‘BBS towing and cash for cars’ so avoid those companies too. After exhausting all other avenues, this matter has now been reported to the police."
"Never paid the money. From reading the others reviews looks like they do this a lot. I called a few days after they picked up the car, was told it would be looked into, never heard back and then my number was blocked. Looks like they go through the reviews and comment on the bad ones and claim they were never customers. If you try and call the number provided on their website it just rings out, I tried 6 or 7 times. Would not recommend using this company or if you do I would ask for the money up front."
"Never received the money. We got our car towed away over a month a ago and never received the money from them. Chased up many times to the point that we are so frustrated and no longer want the money any more. Apparently there were a few Google review complaints but they have been called "not their customers" by the owner. We have reported scam. Please try to avoid this company."
