"I phone before I was released from hospital to organise assistance with transport to therapy for the next 4 weeks and was told I would need an hime visit perhaps 2 weeks away and then another approval that would take another 4 weeks Why give funding to organisations that won't provide assistance in a timely manner . Absolutely useless means I can't go to physio after double knee replacement"
"We have been there to book a venue after making a call. In that call we were not told clearly about hidden fees which they name sanitising fees. I was told that there is $500 deposit and cleaning fees. Then I said so if we keep everything clean before we leave we get that money back as well as the deposit. The person said yes. Accordingly, I sent email in the next day asking for in-person inspection for the venue and the possibility of booking that available venue that I already asked about. I got no response. I made another call to tell them that I want to come for inspection. As soon as I arrived with my friend, the person who spoke to me went out as if she is busy, then another person there who knew about my call and email talked to my friend and I. As we asked for clear details of payments, he said, there is $240 for sanitising. Although the room is made to occupy only 40 people and costs less than this amount for renting. We asked for waving or discounting this amount given that we do all the cleaning and sanitising, but he said I will talk to my manager and his manager rejected. Then we asked him to allow us to talk to his manager, but he said she said I am busy! The experience with hidden fees and inability to compromise was too bad. The way we were treated from the person who spoke to me in the phone by pretending that she is busy and the rejection of the manager to talk to us reflect lack of professionalism."
