At my second (and last) visit I was spoken to very rudely with an abrupt attitude where everything seemed too hard for the owner. Admittedly I was 6 minutes late by my clock (which I apologised for), however I still received a very abrupt attitude, which was not necessary. I immediately decided not to go ahead with the grooming as I felt Fab Lab does not deserve my business. I found an alternate groomer in nearby Littlehampton, who have excellent customer service and are very friendly."
