"Unfortunately the original advice I received from this firm about stamp duty relief turned out to be incorrect and now down the track we are faced with paying $9,940.00 in stamp duty that (because of this firms incorrect advise) we have not budgeted for. On top of incorrect advise when I raised this matter with them by email a week went by with no response until I phoned the office and insisted on a response. Very disappointed to say the least."
