Welcome to Mother Teresa School, located at 40 Wimmera Street in Harrison, Australia. Our school is an establishment and point of interest that caters to primary school students from the age of four through to year six. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students.

At Mother Teresa School, we offer five Early Learning Centre (ELC) classes, some of which are part-time, as well as four classes per year level in the primary school. Our learning spaces are modern and designed to foster collaboration and creativity. With break-out spaces connecting all sections of the school, our teachers can implement contemporary teaching strategies that cater to individual and group learning styles.

We place a strong emphasis on student mental health and well-being, offering various programs to support our students. Our approach to learning is inquiry-based, encouraging active engagement from our students. In addition to our academic curriculum, we offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities, including robotics, chess, choir, Tournament of the Minds, Mini-Vinnies, Green Rangers, public speaking, friendship groups, and various sporting opportunities. Performing arts is also a beloved subject, with every year level participating in public performances throughout the year.

Mother Teresa School is situated within the Holy Spirit Parish, led by Fr Troy Bobbin. We are one of four parish schools in the area, alongside Good Shepherd Primary, Amaroo; Holy Spirit School, Nicholls; and St John Paul II College, Nicholls. Our student body consists of children from diverse faith backgrounds, and we welcome inquiries from any family that supports our ethos. We draw students from the suburbs of Harrison, Franklin, Throsby, and Gungahlin.
