First of all, you can book online and on the same day as your appointment if there's availablity, a must for me these days. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Aras with my choice of snacks and a beverage (coffee, beer, whisky, gin). Aras took the time to consult me properly about the service I wanted and he even put on my choice of tunes. Nothing about the service was rushed, with all the inclusions like hot towels, a hair wash and style provided.
