When booking your first treatment online, we will give you a call prior to your appointment day. This allows us to provide you with important information and have a quick chat about treatment preparation. We require a $50 deposit for all new bookings, ensuring that your appointment is confirmed and reserved just for you.

Please note that we have a cancellation policy in place. For bookings $80 and over, a cancellation fee of $50 applies for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment and no shows. For bookings under $80, a cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment and no shows. For new colon hydrotherapy clients, a $50 deposit is required, and the same cancellation policy applies.

We understand that life happens, and if you need to reschedule your appointment, deposits may be transferred to a new booking if done before the 24-hour period.
