About the Business
Welcome to Canberra Grammar School, located at 40 Monaro Crescent in Red Hill, Australia. As an establishment and point of interest in the educational landscape, we pride ourselves on providing a top-quality education to our students.
At Canberra Grammar School, our mission is to cultivate curious, creative, confident, and compassionate citizens of the world. We believe in nurturing the intellectual, physical, and emotional development of each student, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in an ever-changing global society.
Our school offers a diverse range of academic, sporting, social, and artistic opportunities for our students. We are constantly evolving and looking towards the future, with our strategic plan guiding us towards our centenary in 2029. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential.
We understand that choosing the right school for your child is an important decision. That's why we invite you to explore our wonderful school and grounds through our interactive virtual tour. Take a virtual stroll through our classrooms, sports facilities, and beautiful campus to get a feel for what life is like at Canberra Grammar School.
We also take pride in celebrating the achievements of our students and staff. Congratulations to Lucy from Year 12 for achieving her Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award! Lucy's dedication to personal growth, community service, and fitness is truly commendable. She has excelled in netball, improved her painting skills, and volunteered at the Australian Museum. We look forward to her receiving her Gold Award from the Governor-General later this year.
We are also thrilled to announce that our very own staff member, Olivia Gurney, has been selected to represent Australia in the Women's Futsal National NSDF Tournament in Thailand. This is a significant opportunity for Olivia to compete against teams from around the world and contribute to the formation of Australia's first-ever National Women's Futsal Team.
We recently celebrated Book Week with great enthusiasm. Parades were held at our Primary Northside and Red Hill campuses, and our Senior students engaged in various activities and competitions. We appreciate the effort put into the fantastic costumes and thank everyone who made the week possible.
As an International Baccalaureate World School, we offer a globally recognized education that prepares our students for success in the international arena. We also acknowledge and respect the Traditional Custodians of the ACT, the Ngunnawal people, and their ongoing contribution to the life of this city and region.
Please feel free to explore our website for more information about our school, curriculum, and admissions process. We look forward to welcoming you to Canberra Grammar School, where we strive to inspire and empower our students to become the best version of themselves.
