"The first impression of the hotel was good, smooth check in and friendly service. The room is what you would expect for the reasonable price they charged. It was spacious and clean. Bathroom extremely dated and desperately needs updating. Down at the bar during happy hour I was told they only had moscato left, and they had no other type of white wine. They also only had Coke or Coke Zero, which was being poured out of a 1.5L bottle and was charged at $5 per 200ml glass. It was a baffling experience. The poor man serving was obviously new but was there by himself. He remained friendly and did well under pressure. Breakfast was pretty ordinary but it was free and included in the price so can’t complain. Overall good value for what we paid."

"Good location and friendly staff. Rooms are ok. But some of the fixtures could do with some maintenance and things like the bedding feels a bit cheap. In saying that we've stayed here 3 times and it's a great drop your gear and go place to stay"

"The basic rooms are simple and serviceable. Neighbours were not too noisy and the noise isolation between rooms was passable. Basic coffee, tea and milk is available in the room. Standard shower amenities such as liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Bar/restaurant on site, exercise room, etc. Prices are competitive and especially so considering how close everything is in Canberra. Car parking on site"

"I have stayed here for two nights and the experience is great. There was no problems i have encountered but only great service and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was decent with its range of breakfast items such as small pasties, cereal, toast, bacon, eggs, etc. friendly staff. The hotel also provides a small gym and pool. Overall, very good!"

"We stayed here on a long weekend. Rooms: large space. The carpet was clean but old, you need to wear something to walk on it. Bed sheets were clean. Breakfast: Really basic and limited options. The breakfast was served in a larger area behind the swimming pool since the hotel was busy, but as soon as I walked in, it felt like I'm in a fast food, not a hotel buffet. Mess everywhere on the floor and tables weren't wiped. Line to get 4 available hot meals (bacon, scramble eggs, sausages, and mushroom) was massive. 20 minutes wait! Staff were trying really hard, but it was obvious there is not enough of them. When I checked in, there was a rubbish bag outside of a room full of pizza boxes and plates, which was there for more than 24 hours until someone took it away. Plenty of parking available!"
