"I have worked at Campbell Street going on 6 years. First casually and now permanently. I was terrified I would not get full a time position as the staff are so dedicated to the centre, full time positions rarely come up, the staff changes are next to none. Meaning your precious little people are not left with strangers regularly. They form strong secure and safe relationships with the carers, and we do with them. It's so hard to see them leave our room and then eventually the centre and head to big school. The education program is second to none and what our centre offers our children is nothing short of amazing. I love my job, and the team of the whole centre tremendously."
"My daughter has just started school and i was so sad leaving Campbell street. My daughter has been there since 8 months and the one thing that has always stood out was the fact that the same educators are still there after 5 years, unlike others which have a high staff turn around. My daughter felt safe and secure there and i had such a sense of ease knowing she was in great hands. It really is a family there and even though we don't go there anymore my daughter still pops in there to say hello which means the world to my daughter. The educators are just amazing and the center itself is so beautiful.
