"My friend has lived here for many years. Perfect Reid location within walking distance to everything Canberra city has to offer. Oldish compared to brand new developments on nearby Cooyong Street, but upgraded security and grounds a couple of years ago, so very presentable and attractive complex nonetheless. It is peaceful and quiet too, no rowdy group homes or outlandish parties (except ours perhaps!). Seems like 50% vacancy rate or something, but there is no way that would be the case given location. We think maybe lots of apartments are short-stay, airbnb, etc? Love the main courtyard area which has an awesome pool, tennis court and beautiful landscaping."
