"Went to this shop to exchange the watch that I bought for a gift and met with worst staff ever (name Donnell Lynette girl you shouldn’t work in customer service) and both of them ware so lazy they just hiding behind the desk when I ask for help they saying do you want to buy something? I was like what the f? I was planning to buy more watch but I had enough with these lazy A** and rude staff. To the owner if you want more customers please get rid of these lazy a** staff. "Wife bought a watch that was faulty. Worst customer experience for a long time. Store offered store credit which I declined as is my right and asked for a refund instead which they have so far constantly refused. ACCC pending."
"Went to have a ring resized, they told me the jeweler will have it done by next week earliest Monday, latest by Thursday. Contacted them for an update Tuesday, they told me it should be delivered to them on Thursday and that they will let me know when it's ready for pick up. It is now the Thursday and they told me the jeweler could not resize the ring. They wasted over 1 week, when the jeweler and Angus & Coote COULD of informed me earlier so I didn't have to eagerly await for this special ring to fit me. NOT ONLY did they waste my time, I came back with a ring that has dents and scratches from their possible attempts of resizing it. I am left disappointed and angry from wasting my time, the lack of communication and poor damaged good. Will never go back there again."
