"Went to get work done for my car to be roadworthy, paid $2000 for new shocks, a steering column, wheel alignment and a headlight restoration. Now driving the car, my steering wheel isn’t aligned in the slightest, whatever they used to restore the headlights has dripped down and damaged the paint badly on the front end. Also my car is now absolutely covered in little red dots (I’m guessing from spray paint or a chemical used nearby). Really disappointed as irreversible damage has been done."

"I got LPG service check done and they forget to tell me to refill gas as there was no gas I was stranded on freeway and get towed to nearest servo on my expense. Next day I have to visit again to collect LPG stickers and no one bothered to apologise on their mistake. Just take care of your customers. You will prove that your customer is wrong."
