You call to return them because you already tried on most of their other options and nothing was suitable but they refuse you. They attempt to force in store credit on you…. FOR A STORE YOU HAVE NO USE FOR BECAUSE THEY HAVE UNCOMFORTABLE BLOODY SHOES! Shame on you pathetic scum bags. I hope you get the same treatment in another store that you’ve given me. Got some shoes for her to try on & we were in & out with a brand new pair of shoes & socks in 10 minutest top. She made the experience a very positive & hassle free one. "Renee was super helpful in finding the best shoe for me. She didn’t push me toward the most expensive but showed me the different options available. She managed to be helping quite a few people at the same time but I still felt like she was giving me undivided attention. The store also has some really great specials all the time. My husband who has E fitting shoes goes there all the time and manages to get fitted and walk away happy. Highly recommend."
