"Great experience at the falls prevention clinic. Easy to park, easy to find. No waiting (wasn’t expecting that - just lucky I guess) very thorough, practical and helpful assessments by nurse, dietician and physio for my elderly. Very worthwhile."
"Be prepared to answer all your personal detail questions by a guard who, after wasting a great deal of time will send you to the wrong place, then you will be sent back to the front desk who won’t know why then eventually you will be directed to wait in a section and be called later to then go to where you wished to go and wait there again. It is a complete mess which is made worse by the guards who speak broken English and don’t communicate well."
"This place is one of the lowest of the low as far as responsibility goes. Don't be mistaking by putting your trust in a person that calls themself a healthcare professional as they endangered my life bye not caring about their duty of care. Really really disappointed by the way they pick and choose there patients. Basically all they are is glorified vets and nothing else as there care has gone out the window. If I could pick 0 stars or even -5 stars I would in a heartbeat, provided it does still beat after a visit to the low dogs practice."
"I rang up to make an appointment and told the receptionist the test I needed to have done. I was advised that my test was done via a walk-in service therefore no appointment was necessary. When I arrived I was told I needed to make an appointment and that they couldn't see me today. I asked about making an appointment and the woman (not the same person I spoke to on the phone) flicked through a couple of pages and said 'we cant see you'. I asked about availabilities on other days or another week and she said 'no we can't see you, we are too busy'. I didn't even receive an apology. I ended up going to the hospital and making an appointment there."
"visa 457 and students are allowed to enter false information into your records and others will then take action upon that false information risking your health and endangering your life. If you ever get ECG test done here then make sure to get a copy because the frauds that pretend they are health care workers will conceal abnormal results to allow more space in programs for their friends. Avoid this place like the plague it is!!!"
