"I would review them in negative if I could. They have the worst service, and very unapologetic when they delayed our ring for 3 weeks. Really bad customer service, worst staffs and they take special orders for the ring sizing and don’t even pay attention to the issue. Never going back and never going to recommend. Never want to see the horrible staffs. Had a chat and calls with the manager and she was very rude. Didn’t gave us the valid reason. We were told to come after 2 weeks and even after 3 weeks we didn’t get our ring. Worst experience ever."

"DO NOT SELL QUALITY JEWELLERY!! I am warning you all so you don't make the same mistake my partner and I did by purchasing a ring for our anniversary that didn't last more then 5 months without bending and turning moldy!! 7 months after purchasing the ring we returned un happy that the item was no different to a fake, the first thing the consultant said to my partner and I was " what did you do to it?" I explained "nothing" I work in a office and do nothing that would cause this jewellery to turn like this in the past 5 months, The consultant then said " oh with covid chemicals in hand sanitisers could be a factor" " did you use hand sanitisers"? Ofcourse we used hand sanitisers! The consultant said I will send it off for assessment. 3 weeks latter I received a call saying your ring is all fixed and ready to be picked up!!!! I said I don't want this ring back as it didnt last me 5 months!! They responded that the ring should be the last thing I wear in the morning and first thing I take off at night and said that even sleeping in the item will damage it along with other un realistic instructions!! I was not only disappointed with my partner for spending so much money on a ring thats no different to a fake one it was upsetting that they said it was my fault it didn't last due to wearing it!! Long story short... I dont want to accept the ring back as I feel we got ripped off and considering its still under warranty I want a full refund as the item is fulty!!!! I have rings that have lasted me 6+ years and the quality is 100% till this day and I wear them every single day and " sleep in them"!! Its only fair i get my money back so we can purchase a ring that will last forever from a store that sells real jewellery!"

"One of the worse shopping experience I ever had. My partner and I went shopping for a wedding band today and the staff at Angus and Coote who approached us was not only, NOT helpful but she was also belittling the other jewellery shops in the shopping centre for not giving us information on waiting times for rings, etc. Actually, all the other retailers we saw before going to Angus & Coote were very helpful, nice and very knowledgeable. She made us waste our time and had no interest in knowing what brought us to the shop = seeing and trying the different wedding bands Angus & Coote are currently selling for men. I don’t recommend this shop at all."

"Such patient and warm service. Both the manager Lisa and Jenny were so lovely while I was picking out a ring with my partner. Jenny took so much time picking things out of the cabinet and recommending rings I might like and taking an interest. Jenny was thrilled when we came in and had made our choice. Lovely warm people and genuine customer service."
