"My personal experience was horrible and terrifying. On the cleaning day the non speaking lady comes to our apartment uses her translation app and told us that we need to call the owner of the firm and pay for the service before the start. Finally spoke to the lady over the phone and she was persistent and kept asking for money before hand. We told the lady that this was not communicated to us when someone from there company came to our apartment for the inspection. She kept ignoring what i was saying and finally in a different language told the lady who came to clean my apartment to leave . I mean me and my wife were literally in a shock and worried at the last stage when in the evening we needed to leave for interstate and we were like who is going to clean the end of the lease. Finally we agreed to pay them upfront so that they can start the work. fYI this was recommended by Independent group real estate and trust me this was our worst experience ever. Unprofessional, unethical, service. Told the real estate about the incident and no action was taken."
