"Brought my car in for a new radiator as I had dealt with them previously and never had any problems. Car sat for a few days while parts were obtained. New radiator was installed, but the auto transmission pipes were not connected correctly and the car leaked transmission fluid everywhere. Had to have the car serviced elsewhere in Canberra where the 3 month old radiator has had to be replaced due to the stuff up with the transmission pipes. Front grill clips were broken and the grill was just hanging in. NEVER going anywhere near this place again."
"Amazingly fast. Radiator failed on Friday night, I booked in here on Saturday morning - they replaced the radiator by 12 noon. Car went from un-driveable to entirely fixed in half a day... on a weekend! And at a very reasonable price. Absolutely fantastic."
"Very overpriced. Natrad in Belconnen gave me a quote. Then I contacted Natrad in Phillip for a quote. Natrad in Belconnen quoted me an extra $300 more than the Phillip branch for the same parts and labour. Would strongly suggest contacting the Phillip Natrad first as they are far more reasonably priced."
