"I have had banging pipes for the last 6 months. Had 2 plumbers come out, neither fixed the problem and the second one just told me i would have to live with the noise. I tried one more plumber, Jakob, he came out next day, knew what the problem was straight away and put in a pressure reducing valve and also fixed a leak in the ceiling and took out a random pipe . Excellent service, would rate him higher if I could.oh, and no more banging pipes."
"Jakob was tasked with a warranty job (thru Reece) which ended up being more complicated than anticipated. He stayed well past knock off time in order to complete the job. He was careful so as to not cause any damage whilst removing the faulty basin which was well and truly glued in (another plumber had attended previously and couldn't remove the faulty item and said they may have to break our stone top, and they couldn't remove the basin). Jakob was polite and hard working. He fitted the replacement product flawlessly and was very tidy upon clean up."
