"Your hands are in good hands. The ladies know what they're doing and do it bloody well. The price matches the decor but not the expertise, it's a bargain for what they do. Listen and learn and they'll look after what ails you(r nailbeds, hands, skin, conditions treated and not ignored or worked around). They know what nail shapes work and look great, and I get some people don't like the abrupt nature but when you've been doing this for a thousand years you tend to cut to the chase. Will go back again and again and again."

"Had my nails done here recently and it's certainly not the best experience I've had getting them done. I'm hard of hearing so I wasn't initially sure if I was getting what I asked for because the technicians wouldn't repeat themselves when I asked and I'm glad that I had someone with me who could carry the conversation. The price is okay for gel nails in Canberra, and the nails themselves are fine, but I'll probably look elsewhere if I wanted to get my nails done again"

"Will not be returning. Got SNS but the lady doing it was so focused on her phone calls (on loudspeaker) that she didn’t focus on what she was doing. She puts 4 coasts on 1 hand and 3 on the other. She also didn’t file down the nails on top, only shaped, after she had finished so they are very thick. I didn’t feel welcome at all, more an inconvenience."

"Absolutely the worse, ive given this place so much chances, first they would have glue on your skin happened multiple times. My last one was the worse absolute experience ever, I’ve requested a nail art. I would understand if she told me she cant do it. But i would rather have a normal colour than a botched nail art. Charged me 75 dollars and when i asked to fix she said my nails look fine the photo with rings is the reference photo i gave her and she looked at it this whole time"

"Very rude staff and when they communicate in their own language and giggles it feels so uncomfortable. Worst service she rushed to do everything and didn’t do nails properly at all ( glue left on fingers, no shape n buff ) nails are pulling threads from my clothing as she didn’t buff them at all. Very very rude behaviour definitely never going back My skin and nails were sticked together so badly and she didn’t even bother to fix them i had to remind her 4 times and at last she did but so badly."
