"It is a rare day when I post such a review but I am stunned at the arrogance and disrespect towards animals that I encountered today. I have 20 animals and of course one has to know vets. This was the first and last experience and it will be one I will be telling people about forever,. They looked at a bird for 5 minutes and decided to euthanise. So I wanted to check their opinion on the little bird on my property with a Vet that I had known for 20 years. They said their 3 vets were independent, except they're not because they are at the same practice. They would not allow me to take this little fella to another vet and told me the should have done it before I brought it to them. I can't tell you my disappointment that I couldn't give this little fella a second opinion. They didn't even let me say goodbye. They refused. Their arrogance was hard to watch, it certainly does not go with compassionate and intelligent diagnosis. I have read many of the google reviews. They probably aren't real. Whatever you do, if you choose to go, understand that their behaviour is not one of good professional vets. I don't usually write bad reviews, I ring and contact the people and manage it. This Veterinary Practice does not deserve such process. It is to be hoped that they learn to treat animals with more respect and dignity. They certainly have no manners towards humans in distress either. I will pursue the complaint process. So disappointed, couldn't even say goodbye to the little fella I'd been feeding. Such bad veterinary practice. Such disrespect for sadness and grief and such disrespect for themselves."

"Popped in one fine day to ask a few questions regarding our pets. Staff were kind and helpful despite the sudden drop-in and having no appointment. Knowledgeable and found out some information for us. Inside are the most charming cats that walk around demanding all the praise and attention they can muster. My daughter was delighted. Beautiful pictures on the walls and clean rooms. Have yet to follow up on bringing pets in so can't comment on that but it had a lovely vibe for the short time we were there."
