"I have a lost parcel last located at this post office, have not able to contact them after 6 phone calls and messages left and neither is Australia Post staff investigating my case. Absolutely appalling beware and stay well away from them"
"The staff at there need more training! Customer service is very POOR, the staff’s attitude is worst and NO patients not all"
"Staff have been fine to me, but what is the point of a post office that opens 9-3? (And 9-12 at present for covid). Not everyone has someone available to go pick up parcels for them, how am I meant to get there when I work a 9-5? I usually use a parcel locker, but on occasions when my parcel stays at the post office this is beyond inconvenient. At least have one day a week where it's open later, or open 9-12 on a weekend day too."
"They ask for the collection card everytime you go, if you don't have the card they will treat you rude. However, UC village never send the email notice on time to let you collect the card, they sometimes delay for month! If you go to reception without receive their email notice, they will treat you rude. If you go straight to the post office without get the stupid card from reception, the old man at the post office will be extremely unsatisfied and treat you rude. Very bad experience living in UC village."
"Today, I received an 'Awaiting for Collection' email, so I headed to the post office to collect my package. When I went in, I had my ID ready and I enthusiastically said "Good morning!". The old man that usually works the post office gave me NO response (as usual - but I continue to be polite). He took my ID and asked me "do you have a collection card?" I said "no, but I have the email". I send my packages to the post office directly; was told to do so by the lodge. He aggressively responded "we need the card to know where to look. Come back with the card" and he didn't let me explain and ignored my offer to show him the email, which is very valid to use. He turned around and found the package in less than 3 seconds. He yelled at me because I couldn't make his life more convenient when it is his job to look for parcels, card or no card. This man is so rude and unnecessary. However, the older woman that works there is very polite, and makes my experience a delight. This man needs to go."
