"Ordered Korean fried chicken and loaded fries from KorBQ in Belconnen Mall. App won’t load on my phone so tracking was with Web Browser. Ordered at about 5:35 and it said I could expect delivery at 6:35. At about 7:00 I called KorBQ and they said our order was prepared on the counter and waiting for a driver, like that was a good thing cause our food was going cold. At about 7:15 the Browser facility said to call EASI if you haven’t received your order. We hadn’t. When I called and first I was put on hold listening to music. I got someone to talk to and in between a very heavy accent I discerned something about contacting driver. I couldn’t really understand the person so I just told him to fix it. Food came at 7:50 and of course it was cold. Not enjoyable. Stay away from this delivery service in Canberra,"

"I order 3 burritos at G&G at 6pm today. 8pm no news from the driver. I talked to the customer service representative at CBR because aparently every city has a customer rep and asked her to cancel the order and process a refund - the waiting times are unaceptable. That was whe she talked with the driver and the order got at 8:25 even though that i had canceled and requested a refund. Of course the food was super cold!! I called the service rep, she put me on hold for ages and ofered a voucher!! Seriously??? These guys will take your money and provide a really bad service.Dont even bother with them! Do youself a favour and read the other reviews, better just to go with deliveroo or uber eats much more reliable"

"As with many other reviews that I've found on Google, I'd prefer to give this company a 0, or negative star review. Our food was "delivered" after 2.5 hours of ordering from a restaurant a 5 minute drive away. When the delivery driver arrived they called my phone, instead of our doorbell (and didn't call our doorbell at any point, even though they had our apartment number on the order). They then decided to leave our food outside our apartment complex and send me a photo of it after they'd left, which unsurprisingly was stolen within the 5 minutes that I checked my phone and got outside. Lack of common sense & customer service. I called the customer service line and was offered a 50% off coupon. I refuted this and fought for a full refund of the price, I was on the phone for over an hour and was still refused a refund for the food I never received. Delivery companies have insurances for events like these. EASI Canberra does not aim to please or amend their mistakes for the customer. I am very disappointed with this experience and will never use EASI again."

"We had a very poor experience with this service when we received a meal from a local Hawker Chinese restaurant. The chef had finished the order by 6:30pm and the meal was delivered to us at 7:20pm a congealed unappealing mess. When I contacted the restaurant they directed me back to EASI, whose only solution was to offer a 50%discount for next time (because that is never going to happen). I have my receipt and intend taking this further.....update: no discount voucher was ever received. It was a ruse to end a difficult phone call."

"I actually want to give this place a 0 star review. They provide you with no ability to contact the driver or any ability to track how far away the order is. The driver left the place i ordered food from over 30mins ago for a 7min drive. If you only have this service as an option for delivery just forget about it. Not worth your time or money."
