"Be careful with direct debit guys we discontinued care for our son on April 2023 with official notice of 2 weeks but suddenly after 2 months they took 400 dollars from nowhere without any notice or invoice according to them it was end of financial year and they suddenly found out we owe them this amount. I asked them they should have communicated with us but they said we were no longer on their service so they don’t feel like contacting us but still can take money from account as they have saved our direct debit details. Be careful and cancel direct debit for them as soon as you discontinue their care service which I didn’t so if you owe them any amount they must contact you first before accessing your account."
"The guardian team has been so welcoming and patient with the transition of my children starting and settling in. All of the nursery 1 and nursery 2 staff have been amazing, so approachable and you can tell they genuinely care about the children. The management team are so caring and always so sweet. 10/10 recommend"
"The staff are beautiful, caring and thoughtful who make my children feel safe and included. You can tell the kids are genuinely happy to be at school with the educators and their friends. They get exposure to so many different activities and get to do a huge variety of educational activities. They are fed extremely well and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the centre."
"We are very happy with Guardian Bruce for Amelia. All of the early learning teachers and admin staff have been so approachable, welcoming and supportive. Storypark is also really great to hear what activities they are doing and the intended learning outcomes. I love reading what Amelia has been up to and seeing the photos. We can see that in the few weeks of starting childcare she has become more confident and is learning really useful skills. My mouth waters each time I read the daily menu. It is great to hear about the various healthy food they get to eat. It is also really sweet that birthday’s are celebrated with a cake. Each time I pick up Amelia I love to peek through the window to see what Amelia is up to and it makes me feel so happy to see her talking or playing with other children and playing with a puzzle, toys or reading. I will definitely recommend Guardian Bruce to friends with children in early development years because it has been really good for Amelia and our family so far."
"Piece of mind is all a parent can ask for when they send their child to childcare and Guardian Bruce brings that in spades! As a early years teacher myself, I know what best practice looks and feels like and the quality of the care at Guardian is second to none. They staff are incredibly warm and responsive and my son runs into the centre each day excited for the day a head. That is all I need to see to know that he is looked after, loved and engaged. We could not ask for better! Thank you to all the staff and leadership at Guardian!"
