"I was so excited to visit the new store in Gungahlin—specifically Ultra. It was fairly busy on an early Sunday afternoon and there were only 2-3 employees on the floor and all were stocking shelves. I approached one employee to enquire about a specific product. She not only seemed annoyed that I was talking to her, her response was very curt and rude. Same customer service as the old store downstairs. To the manager: with your extremely poor online ratings, you should be shaking up your staff!"

"WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0!!! Only great deal is the prices but the customer service is disappointing…..not to mention they assume every student that comes in are going to steal and they harass you even when you purchase things. Horrible place to be around now."

"New place is huge and don’t have enough staff to handle. Prescription area was too good but same issue - shortage of staff. Getting script itself took 10mins for each customer. No one in the script out area. Need more staff to manage customers."

"I find Chemist Warehouse stores very overwhelming so avoid shopping here and will always do a click and collect if there is anything I need. My issue with the click and collect is that they stick you in a corner and make you wait. If you stand at the line dedicated to click and collect, there's no one there so you stand there forever and no one notices you. You join the regular line and almost get told off for wasting whoever is on the till's time and they bark at you to stand in the corner. No problem with the concept or standing in a separate line IF it was manned and managed better!! I've also had issues with prescriptions - was prescribed a few valium tablets to help with clenching my teeth and sleeping, was questioned as to why I needed them and why only a few! Then got a lecture about becoming addicted to them?? Understand there is a duty of care and they are obligated to discuss risks, but this was my first and only prescription of valium. I think customer service and the processes in place could definitely be improved across all Chemist Warehouse stores. Sometimes it's worth spending that little bit more to receive better customer service and support."

"Review Edit: have been their 5 times now. Haven’t experienced any unwanted bullying from the security. Adding 2 more stars. Expecting to not experience the disaster like last time. Please train your security guard to read the receipt. Also, lying that the security alarm went off was appalling: It didn’t. I presented the receipt and was subjected to unwanted hostile attitude. Such a thug! Do better."
