"This is Calvary clinic that suppose to have outstanding management in handling their patients. We came 5 minutes early just to be told there are still 3 patients before us and make us wait for another hour. They should know this much earlier and could have informed us by phone but they didn't. If they know that they are behind the schedule, they should inform patients ahead, not by telling us sorry when we reach there and ask us to wait for so long. We also have commitment elsewhere including our commitment with our job."
