"Organized and clean store with variety of products. A staff who i have spoken was very nice and friendly. One thing i would like to mention is that prices are not written on majority of products. So you might end up spending extra. Thats the reaso why i put 3 stars but not 4/5. I hope they put price tags for each product so we can do shopping more comfortablly."
"To get fresh and tasty Indian and Srilankan vegetables and fruits we prefer only Star Groceries We buy all Indian fruits from Star Groceries"
"Such a scam they do Bought some product and most of them were expired and few were expiring soon. Talked to some employee and come to know he don’t pay them too. The pay rate was in pennies Shame"
"Excellent selection of Fresh Veges and Dry groceries at very reasonable prices. An example of an awesome small business punching well above their weight."
"I used to often visit this store since it has different varieties of asian veggies as well as grains. Small store with variety is the reason. Recommend for a quick pick (if you ran out and need it.) I seriously do not recommend for the regular grocery. You might find fresh veggies when the delivery arrives but they tries to sell the same stuff for 10-15 days. When its old, they wrap-up and make packages, do not recommend to buy those stuff. Congested area, poorly managed stuff. Lastly, the pricing, which is 130% to 170% higher than nearby competitors' market. Its like $8 for a stuff that we can find in $5 in Gungalin. Once, I bought yoghurt tub and later noticed it was expired. A month later, rotten tomatoes. After that, rotten sponge guard. What a series of bad experience. Still I hope they will improve and days will come to give them five star, or else star will be just remained in the name 'star groceries'. Thank you."
