"I was sent a letter explaining maintenance was required for our hot water system. I made the appointment and they didn't even show up. Took a day off work and waited all day. Nothing"
"When I found myself with no hot water I searched online to find a tradie. I found Durelec on Google and rang to make a time. I spoke to Tim who was helpful and agreed to come to my place the next morning. I got home from work that day to find him in my driveway a day early. I couldn't believe how much he went out of his way to come to my place. He advised that we would need a new hot water system and had one delivered and installed the very next day. I would recommend Tim as he was prompt, helpful and got us up and running really quickly."
"Tim came to our house after an electrical fault, he replaced circuit box. He has terrible people skills, couldn't explain things properly and was short and rude. When we had to call back because the fault still wasn't fixed he was again rude and seemed flustered. I don't recommend him at all, will prefer to pay someone else now to work out what is wrong instead of using him. As per his reply much like the phone conversation there was no solution given except replacing an appliance that was not previously an issue. I think some work on your people skills is needed as you will find if you try to solve a situation with humility there is no problems, or bad reviews."
