"Fresh sushi with big serves. Stopped by on our way to Sydney and enjoyed the freshness ofbthe food."
"Went in there late last year as the boys in the office loved Mee's in Manuka but they were closed and we didn't know when they'd open again. We thought that we would try out this Mee's at Brindabella Park. Also, it's during hard times so we thought we would continue to help out local businesses. We found it quite easy to find and it had good parking which is a plus. Me and a fellow workmate arrived at about 12:30PM so you'd think they would have had a lot of sushi ready for the lunch rush. We ordered about 12 rolls and two packs in total which isn't a lot but the server had a go at us for ordering too much so other patrons didn't have anything to order. They also had a go at us in front of other customers in line so we felt guilty. It's not our fault that the other customers couldn't get lunch because they didn't make enough for the lunch rush. I've been to a lot of sushi places in Canberra and abroad but never have I been told off in front of the customers for buying more product and thus providing more business. We didn't even order a lot which was the strange part. If you go to any other sushi business in Canberra during the lunch rush, 12 rolls and two packs wouldn't make a dent. The sushi was pretty average as well so if you don't work at Brindabella Park and have other options, I'd avoid it. I've been to Sushi Fresh Fyshwick a million times since and they're better priced and have much better and fresher sushi. They also are very welcoming and if you want more sushi, they are happy to make it on the spot."
