"Maintenance Matters were employed to fix the ceiling in my kitchen that had fallen down. Upon my return home from work on the second of two days that were allowed for the repair it appeared as if nothing had been done and the ceiling had not been installed. When I called Maintenance Matters to see what had happened I was informed that they had in fact completed the work to "make safe". According to Maintenance Matters... some four months ago they made it "safe" then. So now i am waiting for the next step which is for them to "fix" the ceiling so I can resume my tenancy with the unit in the originally condition I signed up for. My complaint is that the "make safe" was done so long ago(4 months) and then I get told that Now they have "made it safe" when in fact the ceiling be to fixed should have been completed in full. STILL WAITING SO I CAN TURN MY KITCHEN LIGHTS AND CEILING FAN ON. MAYBE I COULD EVEN HAVE FRIENDS OVER TO ENTERTAIN THEM TOO! LAINI ROSE THIRD AVE ST MORRIS."
