"I am so dissapointed. We spend lots of money on a Rafaelle firm matress. Apparently 10 years warrantee. We tried it in the shop. It was extra firm and nice and hard. They delivered 2 weeks later. The label is saying firm but the matress is super soft. We told them and all we got is an email saying there is nothing wrong as it should be soft. That is it. Now we need to pay a couple 100 bucks to get it tested. All Harvey Norman is saying that it is out of their hands. We bought a super king and 2 double bed matresses. We are so dissapointed in the lack of customer service. Dont believe that they will follow up or do the hard yards when the order is wrong.. We have bought multiple goods there, with the same lack of support. Dont waste your money or time!"

"This shop has a great range of products. They are well equipped to handle all your electrical goods needs (whitegoods) but they also have an extensive range of cameras,comps. laptops and TVs. On the other side of the coin, they also sell a huge tange of household furnishings that range from bedroom suits/furniture and lounges through to BBQs and outdoor settings. They are always worth looking at for comparative and competitive prices."
