"I LOVE shopping at Audrey Lynx, because everything is made so easy for me! I generally don't like shopping for clothes as I find it quite stressful and frustrating. But when I tell Audrey what I am looking for she will gather up garments for me to try on while I am in the change rooms. I can be in an out with exactly what I want in a matter of minutes. "I love going to Audre Lynx in Stirling. I make special trip all the way from south of Adelaide and am never disappointed. Always lots of lovely clothes to try on with great prices! In fact it is often hard to decide which ones I like the best. Audre is always very helpful. You can tell she has passion for clothes! She even designs some of them herself. I have found Audre very friendly and helpful. I feel that the lady from WA should be really happy that Audrey send her the correct size at her own cost and stop nagging about some apology letter. She should have checked what she bought at the end of the day not after she travelled to WA. What about if she lived on the other side of the planet, would she still be demand getting correct size at Audrey's expense and nagging for a letter of apology?"

"I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed with this business. I purchased 2 items at the store whilst on holidays in SA recently. I had tried on two sizes of a particular item, but I discovered once I was home in WA that the sales assistant, who I believe to be the owner, had in fact packed the wrong size. I called the business to discuss exchanging the incorrect item. The lady that had served me was not there on this particular day. I explained the situation, requesting that I post back the incorrect size and they post out the correct choice, to which she replied 'well she won't be very happy about spending money on that!' Seriously? It was their fault, not mine! So I subsequently posted the incorrect item back, and received the correct one in the mail today, but the fact that there was absolutely nothing but the item of clothing in the parcel was pretty disappointing. No apology, no offer of reimbursement of the costs involved to mail back the wrong item, nothing! I have managed businesses myself over many years, and consider this very poor conduct. We all make mistakes, but it's how we respond and fix them that defines us, and at the end of the day, it really wouldn't have taken much effort to convert me to a dedicated, regular visitor. There's lots of competition out there and you have incentivised me to shop elsewhere! It's a mistake to assume that someone that's on holidays won't be back. SA is home for me, so I'm there, with my family and friends, regularly, but will I go to this store, or in fact recommend it to anyone... absolutely not!"
