"Over 16 years ago, I walked into G&C Automotive in Newton and was greeted by John (Giovanni) Ciccocioppo, who took care of my automotive needs. It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that John is now resting peacefully, born on 02/05/1954 and passed away on 08/06/2022. However, I am pleased to say that his legacy and high standards continue to thrive at G&C Automotive, thanks to his dedicated wife Connie and their family who still run the business. Since that first encounter with John, I have consistently received top-notch service and attention from G&C Automotive. The quality of their workmanship and commitment to excellence have never wavered. John's expertise and passion for his craft were evident in every interaction, and I am grateful to have experienced his exceptional service during his time at the helm. "charged me for an oil leak that wasn’t fixed the first time, took it back a second time till didn’t get fixed. also came out their workshop with a diesel leak and a coolant leak that they said i didn’t have"

"Nice staff but a very unprofessional repair job. First the repair job is done with no paper work or set price. I'm just told "a couple of hundred dollars". Then I pick my car up n take it home an im still confused, being told "oh sorry don't know the bill. We'll work it out and send the bill to you in the mail". Confused i leave with my car repairs and nothing paid. Then my bill received 2 weeks later..... quoted "a couple of hundred" says something like $760. That's not a couple of hundred or a couple of couple of hundreds. That's a few hundreds. Then, finding them so un professional and different from the quote given, I decide. They can have $400 (that's more than any quote of "a couple of hundred). And if their not happy we'll have a chat with consumers affairs. But surprised again after their paid $400 of $760.... they don't even contact me? I don't know why. My guess is just their so ill organised that they don't even realised they were underpai. But wait there's more. The extra part i had arrange to order through them, I'm also never contacted about. Super messy, I'm never heading back their again."
