They saw our ute right on closing time and stayed back for almost an hour to make sure our brake leak was fixed...they did for our ute what Isuzu literally told us that they couldn't. Watching 3 family members from this business all working together with us to get us back on the road was pretty great. They were friendly, provided fantastic service and knew exactly what needed to be done to troubleshoot and sort out our issue."
"I absolutely recommend Gilles Plain Mechanical Repairs. We called up late in the day, after having our car serviced at Isuzu being told we had a brake leak and its not safe to drive. At 4.30pm we called around and nobody else would have a look at our brakes as end of business was close. I called up Gilles Plain Mechanical Repairs and the lovely receptionist they said they'd have a look. As soon as we arrived our ute with camper on the back of the tray was inspected by the mechanic under our ute and began working on the problem. Another mechanic joined to help and guided us a few times to test the brakes to triple check it all for safety and wouldn't let us drive away until they were happy that the vehicle was safe again. Words cannot express how grateful we felt and the relief of being cared for, especially under the circumstances. I felt this was a well respected close knit family business and if we were locals we would be using these guys as our regular mechanics. They were genuine, honest mechanics with our safety in mind. We really appreciated them taking us travellers in at such late notice when noone else would."

The writing in their diary was almost illegible and didn't write down correct details such as the car due to arrive in the afternoon to be worked on the following day as discussed on the phone.
