"Been going to this post office for years without any issues. People are too quick to judge the staff here. If you're respectful and polite, you recieve it back. I'd rather go to this family owned post office than any government post office around my area. Thank you to the staff here that have helped me so much over the years."
"I've had multiple interactions with this place and gave it a chance that people can had good and bad days. The customer service is terrible. In person no willingness to help or solve problems. Clearing just grumpy/bitter people. Why work in a place if you dont like interacting with people. Also unable to call shop at all, rang out twice in the morning then tried during the day and clearly been taken off the hook engaged all day."
"If I could give zero stars I would. I went here today to have passport photos taken for my 2 children. The extremely rude and grumpy woman clearly did not want me to have the photos done there. It all seemed too hard. The sighing and muttering under her breath etc. I then asked for a booking to complete the paperwork and was spoken to like I was stupid. Grumpy woman told me that I needed student id for my kids so that they could do the passports. Umm hello, all I need is a birth certificate and their current passport. A student id is not needed and basically not a legal form of identification. This woman was just so rude. I seriously cannot get over how rude and obnoxious she was."
"I'm so glad I don't have to deal with staff in this post office all the time but unfortunately I had to come in to renew passports of my family and the woman was so rude she should be a night security guard in a cemetery so she wouldn't have to deal with living people in her line of job. As if she does not care about customer service at all or anything for that matter. Based on other reviews, the lack of customer service in this post office has been going on for a long time."
"I'm not someone who gives people bad reviews but today was terrible , if a client does something mistakenly be nice enough to talk to them in a respectful manner instead of lashing out and being so disrespectful. Never go there if you're having a bad day , you may end up leaving the P.O with tears and shown zero remorse for such terrible behaviour. Safe to say not going there ever again."
