"Ordered 3 tonne of blue gum firewood the other day. When first called, was quoted a cheaper delivery price. When ordering, it was more expensive. When delivered, it was moist to the touch. I assumed that this may just be residual surface moisture. The wood was immediately moved inside and undercover to stay out of the elements. Moisture content has been checked with a moisture meter and is registering in the 40-50% moisture content. This is advertised as seasoned and stored undercover. I am highly skeptical of this. Also seems to be a recurring issue, given others have said the same a year ago. Will now have to fork out money elsewhere to purchase actual seasoned wood. Will not be returning and do not recommend."
