"Absolutely disgusting. Had our free 3month/5,000km (whichever comes first) inspection booked in only to be refused service. Older guy, dark hair and glasses, had a truly disgusting attitude when we dropped our car off. Said they don't do this until the car has done 10,000kms. No discussion, just straight out refusal in a disgusting tone and manner. Told to put in a complaint with Bridgestone as not their problem. Wasted our afternoon due to this booking. Was also going to book our other car in for a service, but definitely will not be returning for any business here due to this event. Don't work in customer service if you can't serve, or at least interact with people, in a curtious and professional manner. Would give zero stars if it were an option."
"Poor alignment still headache sound come from brand new expensive tyre.. first they leave loose tie rod .. Cmi Toyota says who did alignment very dangerous work… they fix that… thanks cmi..Toyota then Bridgestone again done my wheel alignment in 10 min otherwise it took 45 min. Going to some where else for wheel alignment waste my 2 days without work. Thanx"
